I am Mari Hannuksela, the Editor-in-Chief of Liha ja ruoka magazine. Liha ja ruoka is a professional magazine for the meat and food industry published by the Finnish Meat Trade Association. As is often the case with professional and trade association magazines, I have a dual role and also serve as the CEO of the association. In addition to me, we have a managing editor and a sales manager. All three of us use TaikaTilaus.
We had previously become acquainted with TaikaTilaus when we were searching for a more advanced alternative to our then-current system. The decision became relevant when our system provider terminated our contract and offered us another program in its place. We remembered TaikaTilaus, made the switch, and we have no regrets. At the same time, we took over a few outsourced functions ourselves.
At the beginning, there were some hiccups, even a somewhat significant mistake, but we managed to resolve it together. Overall, it has gone very well.
In our opinion, TaikaTilaus’s strengths include its browser-based nature, robust data security and GDPR systems, and friendly staff. Additionally, its domestic origin is a big plus for us, as our collaboration with TaikaTilaus helped us obtain the The Key Flag Symbol for the magazine.
